• 1. Check-In and Check-Out Times
    • Check-In: From 3:00 PM onwards.
    • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.
    • Early/Late Check-In or Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests should inform in advance for any changes to these times.
  • 2. Maximum Occupancy
    • Each studio apartment has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. Additional guests, including children, must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
  • 3. House Rules
    • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio apartments. Guests may use designated outdoor smoking areas.
    • Pets: Pets are allowed, but a non-refundable pet fee of 300 Dh applies.
    • Quiet Hours: To respect all guests, quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is discouraged at all times.
    • Damage and Property Care: Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents. Any damage or loss should be reported immediately. Guests may be charged for repairs or replacement.
    • Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the apartment in good condition during their stay. Housekeeping services can be provided upon request.
  • 4. Use of Amenities
    • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. The connection should be used responsibly and not for illegal activities.
    • Kitchen Facilities: Guests are welcome to use all kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, stove, etc.). Please ensure the kitchen is kept clean, and utensils are returned to their original place after use.
    • Beach Towels and Equipment: Beach towels and equipment may be available on request. Guests should return any borrowed items in good condition.
  • 5. Safety and Security
    • Access: There are no keys for the apartment. We provide unique door codes for each guest, which expire after their reservation ends.
    • Security: The property is secure, but guests are advised to lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment. The management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
    • Emergency Contact: Provide an emergency contact number for any issues that arise during the stay.
  • 6. Environmental Responsibility
    • Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, and electrical appliances when not in use.
    • Water Usage: Conserve water wherever possible, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
  • 7. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes during the stay should be communicated directly to the management. Efforts will be made to resolve issues promptly to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.
